IRON FIST GYM is a dedicated, full equipped Mixed Martial Arts Gym suitable for all ages and style of fighting. The gym holds a 12ft boxing ring, 10ft MMA Hexagon, various size hanging bags, air and large riot shield with a open matted floor. Other equipment includes a large range of free weights, squat rack, cable cross over machine, body sprit multi gym and body pump set. All equipment is available to use with in any of the classes and open gym. The gym has separate changing rooms and large waiting room/chill out area.

IRON FIST GYM is open to everyone, any age and any style. All training is PAY AS YOU GO – NO DIRECT DEBIT!!!

The gym also offers private 1-2-1 training sessions at your convenience, working on areas you may wish to improve.
